SCM HELIOS MEDICA offers a full range of medical services in occupational health issues in accordance with the law, namely: - monitoring the health of employees through: employment medical examination, medical examination of adaptation, return to work medical examination - professional rehabilitation, reinsertion, professional reorientation in cases of work-related accidents, occupational disease, work-related illness or after chronic diseases - participation in occupational risk assessment by visiting the workplaces - communicating the occupational hazard to all factors involved in the work process - advising employers on adapting the labor to the psycho-physiological characteristics of employees - emergency medical assistance in case of work-related accidents or acute illness during the professional activity - participation in the national information system on work-related accidents and occupational diseases - advising the employer in order to substantiate the health and safety strategy at the workplace - sending periodic reports to the managing department of the companies, cooperation with the labor protection department in order to discover the problems beforehand and to effectively solve the work-related accidents Industrial medicine within SCM HELIOS MEDICA In order to be able to prepare the offers for the various companies, it is necessary for us to know the field, the inventory of employees and workplaces, as well as the occupational hazards for each workplace. In addition to the contracts for industrial medicine services, SCM HELIOS offers subscription-type contracts containing industrial medicine services and clinical and paraclinical services for employees and their families. Through its partnership with the network of private clinics in the country, SCM HELIOS can conclude contracts with companies seated in any part of the country. After signing the contract, the employer is required to prepare files for professional risks exposure for each employee and make them available to the industrial medicine surgery. The occupational physician will visit the workplace and advise employers with regard to the activity of industrial medicine. Industrial medicine examinations will be carried out according to GD 355/2007 and to the file for exposure to occupational risk. The occupational health report will be prepared and presented by the occupational physician in the first quarter of each calendar year for the previous year. A. For the employment / return to work / adaptation medical examination the following documents are necessary: - Application requesting medical examination - File for the identification of risk factors B. The periodical medical examination is carried out in the industrial medicine surgery within SCM HELIOS, upon appointment. It can also be carried out at the client's headquarters, if the following conditions are met: - the employer will provide the medical team an adequate room for the clinical examination and also a space for the paraclinical tests. The proceedings: - the annual medical examination is compulsory for all employees - the medical examination results are recorded in the medical file - the conclusions of the examination are recorded in the skill file - at the end of the periodical medical examination, the industrial medicine department will present the company with the situation of the employees at the periodical control.
